Claims (1)
- 회전하는 림(5)에 장착된 타이어(1)에 로드 압전소자(6)를 갖춘 로드 드럼(7)의 일정한 압력으로 가압하여 타이어의 균일성을 측정하는 방법에 있어서,상기 로드 드럼(7) 변위 측정센서(9)와 위상 동기용 도그(8)를 이용하여 이 로드 드럼(7)의 요철을 측정하고, 실측된 타이어(1)의 압력값인 F.V.값과 타이어(1)의 스프링 상수(K)를 얻어서 순수한 타이어(1)의 F.V.값을 다음과 같은 ① ~ ④식들을 이용하여 구하고, 이를 타이어 균일성의 측정 판단 기준으로 활용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 타이어의 균일성 측정방법.F = KX -------- ①(여기서 F는 힘, K는 스프링 상수, X는 거리)실측(측정)된 타이어의 F.V.값 = 순수한 타이어의 F.V.값(㎏) + 스프링 변수(㎏/㎜) × 로드 드럼의 요철값(㎜) ------ ②스프링 변수 = 스프링 상수(K) × 순수한 타이어 F.V.값 ÷측정하중 ---- ③
