BACKGROUND OF THE
In general, as shown in FIG. 1, the front part of the vehicle condenses the high-temperature, high-pressure gas refrigerant into a low-temperature high-pressure liquid refrigerant during operation of the air conditioner of the vehicle, and the high-temperature cooling water discharged from the engine It consists of a radiator (2) for converting the cooling water, and a fan (3) for inducing a forced flow of the front air to ensure a smooth heat exchange of the front radiator, and a bumper (4) for guiding the flow of air in the front and The
As shown in FIG. 2, in the front part of the vehicle configured as described above, outside air flows from the front part to the rear part through the
However, in the related art, external cold air passing through the cooling hole of the
However, in the related art, since the
An object of the present invention devised in view of such a problem is to easily remove foreign matter remaining on the pin of the capacitor.
According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided an air conditioner condenser including a tube forming a coolant flow path and a fin through which external air passes, wherein the fin is separated from the tube, and the fin is disposed on the tube side. It characterized in that it comprises a fixing means for fixing the.
The fixing means is preferably configured to secure the pin by the tube guide by extending the tube guide formed longer than the fin on the upper and lower surfaces of the tube.
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention as described above will be described in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
3 is an assembled state diagram of an air conditioner capacitor according to the present invention, and FIG. 4 is a separated state diagram of an air conditioner capacitor according to the present invention.
As shown in the drawing, the
In the condenser according to the present invention configured as described above, as shown in FIG. The
In addition, when the
Since the
In the above-described embodiment, the
As described above, the air conditioner condenser according to the present invention extends the tube guides on the upper and lower surfaces of the tube in the air conditioner condenser including a tube forming a flow path of the refrigerant and a pin through which external air passes. As a result, the fins can be easily separated from the tube to clean foreign substances remaining in the fins, thereby preventing performance deterioration due to long-term use of the condenser.
