Claims (12)
- 배양 배지에 화학식 1로 표시되는 알카노산 또는 이의 염을 처리하여 식물세포를 배양하는 단계를 포함하며,상기 알카노산 또는 이의 염은 식물세포의 이차대사산물의 생산성을 증가시키는 것을 포함하는 식물세포배양에 의한 이차대사산물의 생산방법:(화학식 1)CnH2nO2상기 화학식 1에서, n은 1 내지 9의 정수이다.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 식물세포는 주목 속(Taxus genus) 식물 또는 비파 (Eriobotrya japonica)로부터 유도된 식물세포인 방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 주목 속 식물은 택서스 바카타 (Taxus bacata), 택서스 브레비폴리아 (Taxus brevifolia), 택서스 카나덴시스 (Taxus canadensis), 택서스 취넨시스 (Taxus chinensis), 택서스 쿠스피다타 (Taxus cuspidata), 택서스 플로리다나 (Taxus floridana), 택서스 글로보사 (Taxus globosa), 택서스 메디아(Taxus media), 택서스 월리치아나 (Taxus wallichiana) 및 택서스 유나넨시스 (Taxus yunnanensis)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것인 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 이차대사산물은 파클리탁셀, 택센 화합물 또는 코르솔산인 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 알카노산은 프로피온산 또는 부틸산인 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 알카노산 염은 알카노산 알카리 금속염인 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 알카노산 또는 이의 염은 배양배지에 0.1 내지 20 mM로 처리되는 것인 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 알카노산 또는 이의 염은 식물세포 배양일 내지 배양일로부터 21일 경과기에 처리하는 것인 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 알카노산 또는 이의 염은 1회 내지 5회 반복 처리되는 것인 방법.
- 식물 세포 배양 배지 및 0.1 내지 20 mM의 화학식 1로 표시되는 알카노산 또는 이의 염을 포함하는 식물세포배양에 의한 이차대사산물 생산용 배지:(화학식 1)CnH2nO2상기 화학식 1에서, n은 1 내지 9의 정수이다.
- 제 10항에 있어서, 상기 식물은 택서스 바카타 (Taxus bacata), 택서스 브레비폴리아 (Taxus brevifolia), 택서스 카나덴시스 (Taxus canadensis), 택서스 취넨시스 (Taxus chinensis), 택서스 쿠스피다타 (Taxus cuspidata), 택서스 플로리다나 (Taxus floridana), 택서스 글로보사 (Taxus globosa), 택서스 메디아(Taxus media), 택서스 월리치아나 (Taxus wallichiana), 택서스 유나넨시스 (Taxus yunnanensis) 및 비파 (Eriobotrya japonica)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것인 배지.
- 제 10항에 있어서, 상기 이차대사산물은 파클리탁셀, 택센 화합물 또는 코르솔산인 배지.
