Claims (6)
- 광섬유 케이블에 있어서,상기 광섬유 케이블 중앙에 위치되어, 길이 방향으로 확장되는 고탄성계수 재질의 제 1 보강부재, 다수의 광섬유를 구비한 복수의 광유닛이 상기 제 1 보강부재를 둘러싸도록 구성되는 광파코어와;플라스틱 물질로 만들어지고 상기 광파코어를 둘러싸는 재킷과;상기 광파코어와 재킷 사이에 위치되어 케이블 길이방향 축으로 평행하면서 상기 제 1 보강부재와 직선상으로 놓이는 다수의 고탄성계수 재질의 제 2 보강부재를 포함하고,상기 복수의 광유닛을 다수의 광섬유를 포함하는 튜브이고, 튜브내부에 배치되는 광섬유가 나선형을 띄도록 튜브의 길이가 광섬유 보다 약간 짧게 설정되고,상기 광유닛 튜브내의 단면적에 대한 다수의 광섬유의 단면적의 비율이 최소 0.5이상이며,상기 제 1 및 제 2 보강부재는 서로 협력하여 소정의 인장 강성도를 상기 케이블에 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광섬유 케이블.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 광유닛의 내부가 부드러운 젤리형태의 충진물로 채워지는 것을 특징으로 하는 광섬유 케이블.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 다수의 제 2 보강부재 각각은 의도적으로 꼬여짐이 없이, 서로 대칭되게 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광섬유 케이블.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 복수의 광유닛은 제 1 보강부재 둘레에 밀착되어 일정한 방향으로 의도적으로 감겨지는 것을 특징으로 하는 광섬유 케이블.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 재킷의 외부에 외부재킷층 또는 금속재의 보강용 외장층을 부가적으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광섬유 케이블.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 및 제 2 보강부재는 강선 또는 봉상의 유리강화수지(FRP; Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic)로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 광섬유 케이블.
