Claims (3)
- 입력 광섬유, 상기 입력 광섬유를 수용하는 페럴, 상기 입력 광섬유에서 입력되는 광신호를 평행하게 진행시키는 광학렌즈를 구비하는 콜리메이터와,상기 콜리메이터의 광학렌즈에서 출력되는 평행한 광신호 중 특정성분의 광신호만을 통과시키는 광학필터와,상기 광학필터를 통과한 특정성분의 평행한 광신호를 굴절시키는 볼록렌즈와 상기 굴절렌즈에서 굴절된 광신호를 수광하여 전기적인 신호로 변환시키는 포토셀을 갖는 포토다이오드와,상기 광학필터를 통과한 특정성분의 평행한 광신호를 상기 포토다이오드 내의 포토셀에 집속시키는 집속부재와,상기 콜리메이터, 광학필터, 포토셀, 집속부재를 수용하는 하우징을 포함하는 광통신용 광학소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 집속부재는 상기 볼록렌즈의 초점위치에 상기 포토셀을 고정 지지하기 위한 지지대를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광통신용 광학소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 집속부재는 상기 볼록렌즈의 초점위치가 상기 포토셀의 설치위치에 일치하도록 상기 광학필터에서 상기 볼록렌즈로 입사되는 광신호의 입사각을 가변시키는 굴절렌즈를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광통신용 광학소자.
