Claims (2)
- (정정)정압 공기베어링에 있어서,코디어라이트 분말과 물을 7:3의 비율로 혼합하고, 결합제로 폴리비닐알콜(PVA)을 총중량의 약 1.5% 정도 첨가하여 세라믹볼이 들어있는 원통형 용기에 넣어 36시간 회전시켜 슬러리 상태의 혼합물로 만든 후,슬러리 상태의 혼합물을 비산시키면서 챔버 내에 100~120℃의 열풍을 분사하여 혼합물을 건조시켜 과립상태의 분말로 만든 다음,공기베어링의 베어링면의 형상을 가진 금형틀에 채워 프레스로 800~1200 ㎏/㎠의 압력을 가하여 성형한 후,노 안에 넣고 1350℃까지 시간당 100℃로 가열하여 온도가 1350℃에 도달하면 1350℃에서 2시간 동안 그대로 유지시켜 기공률 20~25%, 기공크기 약 0.7~0.8㎛의 다공질 세라믹 소재를 완성한 다음,이를 베어링 몸체에 고정시켜 베어링면으로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다공질 세라믹을 이용한 정압 공기베어링.
