Claims (5)
- 케이싱의 내부에 설치하는 프레임과,권선코일을 구비하여 상기 프레임에 고정하는 외측고정자와,분말금속을 소결하여 통체로 형성하여 상기 외측고정자의 안쪽에 소정의 공극을 두고 배치하는 내측고정자와,외측고정자와 내측고정자 사이에 마그네트를 구비하여 직선으로 왕복운동을 하는 가동자와,소정 형상의 금형에 내측고정자를 넣고 금속용융액을 주입하여 상기한 내측고정자의 내주면에 일체로 성형하는 실린더와,실린더의 내주면에 미끄러지게 삽입하여 왕복운동을 하면서 냉매가스를 흡입 압축하는 피스톤과,피스톤과 가동자의 연결부를 탄력 지지하여 상기 피스톤의 공진운동을 유도하는 복수 개의 공진스프링을 포함한 왕복동식 압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서,실린더의 내주면은 내마모 코팅층을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복동식 압축기.
- 제2항에 있어서,내측고정자는 연질자성분말로 형성하고, 실린더는 알류미늄으로 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복동식 압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서,내측고정자를 지지하는 프레임을 실린더와 함께 일체로 성형하는 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복동식 압축기.
- 소정의 금형에 분말금속을 넣고 소정의 온도에서 가압하는 분말야금공법으로 내측고정자를 형성하는 단계와,소정의 금형에 내측고정자를 넣고 알루미늄 용탕을 주입한 후 경화시키는 인서트몰딩공법으로 상기한 내측고정자의 내주면에 실린더를 일체로 성형하는 단계와,금형을 분리하여 실린더의 내주면에 내마모코팅층을 형성하는 단계로 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복동식 압축기의 제조 방법.
