Abstract
Description
진단부는 상기 광감지부(13)에서 출력되는 전기신호들의 시간차를 실질적으로 없앤 후 상기 전기신호들의 비를 구하며, 구해진 비를 기준값과 비교하여 수면 무호흡 상태를 진단한다.
상기 진단부는 멀티플렉서(14), 지연부(15), 디바이더(16), 비교기(17)를 포함하여 구성되는 것이 바람직하다.

Claims (10)
- 피검자의 신체 일부분에 광을 조사한 후, 출력되는 광을 처리하여 피검자가 수면중에 일시적으로 호흡이 정지된 상태에 있는지를 진단하는 수면 무호흡 진단 장치에 있어서,제어신호에 따라 적어도 서로 다른 두 파장대역의 광을 순차적으로 생성하는 광원부;상기 광원부에서 생성되고 신체의 일부분에 조사되어 출력되는 광들을 감지하여 전기신호들로 변환하는 광감지부;상기 광감지부에서 출력되는 전기신호들의 시간차를 실질적으로 없앤 후 상기 전기신호들의 비를 구하며, 구해진 비를 기준값과 비교하여 수면 무호흡 상태를 진단하는 진단부; 및상기 적어도 두 파장대역의 광을 생성하도록 상기 제어신호를 상기 광원부로 출력하고, 상기 진단부에 상기 기준값을 제공하는 제어부를 포함함을 특징으로하는 수면 무호흡 진단 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 광원부는적어도 적색 및 적외선 파장대역의 광들을 생성하는 발광 다이오드 어레이임 을 특징으로하는 수면 무호흡 진단 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 광원부는피검자의 동맥에 의한 맥동성분이 측정되는 어느 부분에나 조사될 수 있음을 특징으로하는 수면 무호흡 진단 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제어부는상기 발광 다이오드 어레이를 파장에 따라 순차적으로 점등한 후 소등하는 제어신호를 상기 광원부로 출력하는 수면 무호흡 진단 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 광 감지부는상기 광원부에서 생성되고 신체의 일부분에 조사되어 출력되는 광들을 감지하여 전류신호를 출력하는 포토 디텍터; 및상기 전류신호를 전압신호로 변환하는 전류/전압 변환기를 구비하는 것을 특징으로하는 수면 무호흡 진단 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 제3항을 제외한 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 진단부는상기 광감지부에서 출력되는 전기신호들을 상기 제어신호에 따라 분리하는 멀티플렉서;분리된 전기신호들을 각각 샘플링하며, 샘플링된 전기신호들이 실질적으로 동시에 출력되도록 해당 시간동안 상기 샘플링된 전기신호들을 지연하는 지연부;상기 지연부에서 출력되는 샘플링된 전기신호들의 비를 구하는 디바이더; 및구해진 비를 상기 기준값과 비교하여 수면 무호흡 상태여부를 판별하는 비교기를 구비하는 것을 특징으로하는 수면 무호흡 진단 장치.
