Abstract
Description
Claims (9)
- 탄화수소를 열분해하기 위한 열분해 히터에 있어서,a. 저부 노상, 상기 노상에 인접하여 위로 연장하는 하부, 및 상기 하부로부터 위로 연장하는 상부를 갖는 방사 가열영역과;b. 상기 방사 가열영역에 배치되며 상기 상부 및 하부내로 연장하는 상기 탄화수소 처리용의 적어도 하나의 튜브형 가열코일과;c. 상기 노상에 인접하게 배치되어 상기 하부를 통하여 상기 상부내로 수직 상향으로 발화하기 위해 위로 지향된 다수의 노상버너와;d. 상기 노상에 배치되어 노상과 접촉하도록 발화함으로써 가열된 노상 방열면을 만들기 위한 다수의 베이스 버너를 포함하는 열분해 히터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 방사 가열영역은 벽들을 포함하고, 상기 상부의 벽에 배치된 벽 버너들을 추가로 포함하는 열분해 히터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 방사 가열영역 위에 대류부를 추가로 포함하는 열분해 히터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 베이스 버너들은 상기 노상에 접촉하며 수평으로 가로질러 발화하도록 지향되어 있는 열분해 히터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 베이스 버너들은 다공성 세라믹 버너들을 구비하고, 상기 다공성 세라믹 버너들은 상기 노상의 적어도 일부를 구비하는 열분해 히터.
- 올레핀의 생산에서 탄화수소를 열분해하기 위한 히터에 있어서,상기 히터는 저부 노상, 상기 노상에 인접하여 위로 연장하는 하부, 및 상기 하부로부터 위로 연장하는 상부를 갖는 방사 가열영역과; 상기 방사 가열영역에 배치되며 상기 상부 및 하부내로 연장하는 상기 탄화수소 처리용의 적어도 하나의 튜브형 가열코일과; 상기 방사 가열영역의 상기 하부 및 상부에서 열플럭스의 균일성을 증가시키며 또 상기 가열코일의 온도의 균일성을 증가시키기 위한 버너들의 조합을 포함하고,상기 버너들의 조합은,a. 상기 노상에 인접하게 배치되어 상기 하부를 통하여 상기 상부내로 수직 상향으로 발화하기 위해 위로 지향된 다수의 노상버너와;b. 상기 노상에 배치되어 노상에 직접 발화함으로써 가열된 노상 방열면을 만들기 위한 다수의 베이스 버너를 포함하는 히터.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 베이스 버너들은 상기 노상을 수평으로 가로질러 발화하도록 지향되어 있는 히터.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 베이스 버너들은 다공성 세라믹 버너들을 구비하고, 상기 다공성 세라믹 버너들은 상기 노상의 적어도 일부를 구비하는 히터.
- 올레핀의 생산에서 탄화수소를 열분해하기 위한 열분해 히터를 작동하는 방법에 있어서,상기 히터는a. 저부 노상, 상기 노상에 인접하여 위로 연장하는 하부, 및 상기 하부로부터 위로 연장하는 상부를 갖는 방사 가열영역과;b. 상기 방사 가열영역에 배치되며 상기 상부 및 하부내로 연장하는 상기 탄화수소 처리용의 적어도 하나의 튜브형 가열코일과;c. 상기 노상에 인접하게 배치되어 상기 하부를 통하여 상기 상부내로 수직 상향으로 발화하기 위해 위로 지향된 다수의 노상버너와;d. 상기 노상에 배치되어 노상에 직접 발화함으로써 가열된 노상 방열면을 만들기 위한 다수의 베이스 버너를 포함하고,상기 방법은 상기 다수의 베이스 버너 및 상기 다수의 노상버너를 발화하여 상기 다수의 버너들 중 하나가 서브스토이치오메트릭으로 발화되며 다수의 버너들 중 다른 버너들은 과잉공기로 발화되게 함으로써, 연료의 연소가 상기 방사 가열영역의 상기 하부 및 상부를 통해 스테이징 방식으로 발생되게 하여 질산화물(NOx)의 형성을 감소시키는 단계를 구비하는 방법.
