Description
Claims (9)
- 炭化水素の熱分解用の熱分解ヒータにおいて、
a.底部の火床、この火床に隣接すると共にこの火床から上向きに延びている下方部分、及びこの下方部分から上向きに延びている上方部分を有する放射加熱区域と、
b.この放射加熱区域に設けられて前記上方部分及び前記下方部分の両方に延びている、前記炭化水素を処理するための少なくともひとつの管状加熱コイルと、
c.前記火床に隣接して設けられ、上向きに向けられて前記下方部分及び前記上方部分を通して垂直上向きの燃焼をする複数の火床バーナと、
d.前記火床に設けられ、前記火床に接触する燃焼をしてこれにより加熱した放射火床表面を作る複数のベースバーナと、
を包含する熱分解ヒータ。 - 請求項1記載の熱分解ヒータにおいて、前記放射加熱区域が、壁を包含すると共に、更に前記上方部分における前記壁に設けられている壁バーナを包含している熱分解ヒータ。
- 請求項1記載の熱分解ヒータにおいて、更に、前記放射加熱区域より上方の対流区域を包含している熱分解ヒータ。
- 請求項1記載の熱分解ヒータにおいて、前記ベースバーナが前記火床にわたって水平にかつ前記火床に接触して燃焼するように向けられている熱分解ヒータ。
- 請求項1記載の熱分解ヒータにおいて、前記ベースバーナが多孔性セラミックバーナから成り、この多孔性セラミックバーナが前記火床の少なくとも一部分を成している熱分解ヒータ。
- オレフィンの製造における炭化水素の熱分解用のヒータであって、底部の火床、この火床に隣接すると共にこの火床から上向きに延びている下方部分、及びこの下方部分から上向きに延びている上方部分を有する放射加熱区域と、この放射加熱区域に設けられて前記上方部分及び前記下方部分の両方に延びている、前記炭化水素を処理するための少なくともひとつの管状加熱コイルと、前記放射加熱区域の前記下方及び上方部分における熱フラックスの均一性を増大させると共に前記加熱コイルの温度の均一性を増大させるためのバーナの組合せとを包含しているヒータにおいて、前記バーナの組合せが、
a.前記火床に隣接して設けられ、上向きに向けられて前記下方部分及び前記上方部分を通して垂直上向きの燃焼をする複数の火床バーナと、
b.前記火床に設けられ、前記火床上で直接燃焼をしてこれにより高温の放射火床表面を作る複数のベースバーナと、
から成るヒータ。 - 請求項6記載のヒータにおいて、前記ベースバーナが前記火床にわたって水平に燃焼するように向けられているヒータ。
- 請求項6記載のヒータにおいて、前記ベースバーナが多孔性セラミックバーナから成り、この多孔性セラミックバーナが前記火床の少なくとも一部分を成しているヒータ。
- オレフィンの製造における炭化水素の熱分解用の熱分解ヒータを作動する方法であって、前記熱分解ヒータが、
a.底部の火床、この火床に隣接すると共にこの火床から上向きに延びている下方部分、及びこの下方部分から上向きに延びている上方部分を有する放射加熱区域と、
b.この放射加熱区域に設けられて前記上方部分及び前記下方部分の両方に延びている、前記炭化水素を処理するための少なくともひとつの管状加熱コイルと、
c.前記火床に隣接して設けられ、上向きに向けられて前記下方部分及び前記上方部分を通して垂直上向きの燃焼をする複数の火床バーナと、
d.前記火床に設けられ、前記火床上で直接燃焼をしてこれにより高温の放射火床表面を作る複数のベースバーナと、
を包含しているものにおいて、
前記複数のベースバーナ及び前記火床バーナの一方を不足当量で燃焼させる段階と、前記複数のベースバーナ及び前記火床バーナの他方を過剰空気で燃焼させる段階とを包含し、これにより燃料の燃焼を前記放射加熱区域の前記下方及び上方部分を通して段階燃焼としてNOXの生成を減少するようにした方法。
