- 복수의 합성수지 시트들이 중첩된 통상의 카드원단을 준비하는 단계;은(銀) 막대를 저 전류에 의한 방전으로 전기분해 하여 초미립자형태의 은(銀)이 증류수 용액에 방출되면서 융해되도록 하여 나노 은(銀) 용액을 제조하는 단계;상기 나노 은(銀) 용액을 합성수지 원료에 혼합하여 용융시킨 후 얇은 필름으로 압출하여 카드의 상,하부면에 열 접착시켜 통상의 항균카드를 제조하는 방법에 있어서,상기 나노 은(銀) 용액 성분 13∼17중량%에 고운 분말로 이루어진 난용성(難溶性) 인산염(燐酸鹽) 4∼6중량%와 증류수 용액 78∼82중량%를 고르게 혼합하여 항균제를 준비하는 단계;상기 항균제에 세칠 피리디늄(Cetylpyridinium Chloride)이나 벤잘코늄 중 어느 하나를 선택한 후 항균제 전체중량의 4∼6중량%가 되도록 혼합하여 강한 살균효과를 갖는 항균제를 완성하는 단계;상기 항균제 0.8∼3중량%를 폴리염화비닐으로 이루어진 합성수지 원료 97∼99.2중량%를 교반기에 투입하여 고르게 저어주면서 혼합하는 단계;항균제가 혼합된 폴리염화비닐 원료를 압출기에 투입하여 가열하면서 얇은 판재로 길게 압출하여 합성수지 필름을 성형하는 단계;압출기에서 얇은 판상의 필름으로 압출된 폴리염화비닐 필름을 롤러들을 통해 연속 이송시키면서 냉각시키는 단계;냉각이 완료된 폴리염화비닐 필름을 카드원단의 크기로 절단하여 카드원단의 상,하부면에 각각 놓여지도록 한 후 열 프레스로 가열 및 가압하여 복수의 합성수지 시트들로 구성된 가드원단과 항균성을 갖는 코팅지들이 일시에 열 접착되도록 하는 단계;표면과 이면에 코팅지가 열 접착된 카드원단을 카드의 크기대로 절단하여 플라스틱카드를 완성하는 단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 항균 플라스틱카드의 제조방법.
