Claims (1)
- 고규소주철로 이루어진 봉상의 전극봉 몸체(1)와 이 전극봉 몸체(1)의 일측단부에 내삽 설치되는 스틸재의 내삽 파이프(2)를 포함하는 고규소주철 전극봉을 주조함에 있어서,주조전 상기 내삽 파이프(2)의 용탕과 먼저 접하게 되는 전면부를 알루미나 내화물(4)로 봉입하는 동시에 파이프 내부를 마른 모래(5)로 충진하는 단계와;상기 내삽 파이프(2)의 설치위치 직상부에 압탕(7)을 설치한 후 고규소주철 용탕의 주입온도를 1,310~1,400℃의 범위로 하여 주조하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 고규소주철 전극봉 제조방법.
