- 중량 %로 탄소 : 0.01∼0.03%, 규소 : 0.1%이하, 망간 : 0.10∼0.30%, 보론 : 10∼30ppm, 인: 0.015%이하, 황:0.010%이하, 알루미니움 : 0.01∼0.04%, 질소: 40ppm이하, 보론/질소비: 0.5∼1.0 범위내의 조건을 만족하고 나머지 Fe와 기타 불가피한 불순물로 조성되는 강 슬라브를, 열간마무리압연온도가 (Ar3+25℃) 이상이고 마무리압연 최종 두 패스의 압하율의 합이 40%이하가 되는 조건으로 열간압연한 다음, 600∼700℃의 온도에서 권취코일의 전단부와 후단부의 온도를 목표 권취온도 보다 40℃ 이내의 높은 온도로 하여 권취하는 것을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 재질이방성이 적은 심가공용 열간압연 연강판의 제조방법
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 전단부는 코일의 최선단에서 후단방향으로 50m이내의 영역이고, 상기 후단부는 상기 코일의 최후단에서 선단방향으로 50m이내의 영역임을 특징으로 하고 재질이방성이 적은 심가공용 열간압연 연강판의 제조방법
- 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 권취후 스케일 제거를 위한 산세공정 및 스케일이 제거된 강판표면에 기름을 도포하는 도유공정을 추가로 포함하는 재질이방성이 적은 심가공용 열간압연 연강판의 제조방법
