- 표면에 형광물질이 표지된 시료를 타원반사경의 제 1 초점의 위치에 위치시키는 단계와;레이저로부터 조사된 빛을 여기필터 및 상기 타원반사경에 형성된 구멍을 통하여 시료에 표지된 형광물질에 입사하여, 시료에 표지된 형광 물질로부터의 형광 및 입사광의 산란광을 상기 타원반사경의 제 1 초점에 집속시키는 단계와;형광 및 입사광의 산란광을 상기 타원반사경으로 반사시켜 상기 타원반사경의 제 2 초점에 집속시키는 단계와;상기 제 2 초점에 위치된 공간 필터에 의하여 타원반사경에서 반사되는 형광 및 산란광으로부터 노이즈를 제거하는 단계와;상기 공간 필터에 의해 노이즈가 제거된 형광 및 입사광의 산란광을 평행광학계를 이용하여 평행 광으로 변환시키는 한편, 형광 필터를 이용하여 산란광을 제거하고 순수 형광성분만 광 검출기로 검출하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 유발 표면형광 검출 방법.
