Claims (1)
- 입측으로 부터 출측까지 길이가 긴 길이의 연속용융아연도금강판 제조라인에서의 도금강판의 한점 "L"의 이동거리를 측정하기 위하여 입측의 여러 조건(코일의 종류, 두께, 길이, 기계의 가동조건 등의 여러 사항)인 데이터소스(100)와 이벤트(Event)(101)의 여러 요소인 Eint(Internal Coil Number)(101-1), Eweld(전코일 최말단과 후코일 최선단부의 용접)(101-2), Eent(입측부 통판 개시)(101-3), Eext(출측부 통판완료)(101-4), Ecut(출측부에서 절단)(101-5) 등의 요소로 되는 이벤트(101)가 PLC(Programable Logical controller)(102)에 입력되고 이 PLC에 입력된 각종 데이터 소스(100) 및 이벤트(정보)(101)는 각각 센서별 데이터 측정시간, 측정값(Stm_n)(103)과 기준점 n의 측정시간 및 길이 데이터(Tl_ponit_n)(104)로 입력하여 각각 실시간 데이터베이스시스템(Real-Time Database : RTDB)(105)로 보내어 정보를 저장함과 아울러 이 RTDB(105)와 실시간 위치 기반 데이터변환 및 표시 응용시스템(Real-time Information Management System : RIMS)(106) 사이는 서로 정보를 호완, 공유하도록하며, 이 RIMS(106)에 정보가 저장됨과 아울러 컴퓨터 표시창에 차트(107) 형태로 나타내게 하여 정보의 판독을 용이하게 하고 이 RIMS(106)과 센서별로 코일번호, 용접점 개시 및 종료시간을 기록하는 Ts_point_n(108)과 정보를 공유하도록하며, 이 RIMS(106)의 정보(데이터)는 각각 코일 단위별 정보(코일 번호, 통판 시작시간, 통판 완료시간)(Sts_n)(109)와 센서별 측정시간, 길이 데이터(Stl_n)(110)로 각각 보내고 이 정보들은 관계형 데이터베이스시스템 (Relational Database System : RDB)(111)으로 집합되어 저장, 추출되게 하되 이 RDB(111)에는 코일번호(Cn)(112)와 센서별 절대고유위치정보(Sl)(113) 등의 정보 또한 입력되는 거리측정시스템 형태로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 연속용융아연도금강판 제조라인에서 길이별 생산데이터의 실시간 저장 및 추출방법.
