- 목재 또는 금속으로 버켓의 형상과 동일한 모형을 가공하는 단계;모래를 주물사로 하는 주형상자에 상기 모형을 삽입한 후 탕구가 형성되게끔 주형을 형성하는 조형단계;상기 조형단계 후 상기 모형을 주형상자에서 빼내어 주형공간을 형성시키는 단계;상기 주형상자에서 상기 주형공간의 주입구로, 탄소(C) : 0.90중량% 내지 1.35중량%, 규소(Si) : 0.30중량% 내지 0.80중량%, 망간(Mn) : 11중량% 내지 14중량%, 인(P) : 0.001중량% 내지 0.10중량%, 황(S) : 0.001중량% 내지 0.50중량%, 크롬(Cr) : 1.5중량% 내지 3.0중량%, 브롬(B) : 0.001중량% 내지 0.005중량%를 포함하고, 잔부는 철(Fe)과 제강시 불가피하게 함유되는 불순물로 이루어지는 고망간강인 잉곳을, 용해온도 1600℃ 내지 1650℃ 온도에서 가열하여 만들어진 용탕을 주입하는 용탕주입단계;주입된 용융금속의 응고 후 상기 주형상자를 분리시켜, 주입구와 압탕을 제거하고, 표면의 스케일을 제거하여 버켓을 생산하는 단계;상기 버켓을 전기로에 장입하여 1000℃ 내지 1100℃ 온도에서 가열한 후 냉수에 담금질처리하는 단계;상기 주입구와 압탕이 제거되고, 표면의 스케일이 제거된 버켓을 굴삭기 본체에 취부될 수 있도록 보링가공기에서 조립부에 보링, 면삭, 드릴, 탭가공을 행하는 단계;상기 기계가공된 버켓의 조립부에 부싱, 핀, 볼트를 조립하는 단계; 및상기 조립완료 후 세척 및 건조하여 외부 표면을 보호하기 위해 페인트로 표면을 도장하는 단계;를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 굴삭기 버켓 제조방법.
- 제 8 항의 굴삭기 버켓 제조방법에 의하여 제조된 버켓.
