Claims (9)
- 악취제거능을 갖는 다양한 종류의 미생물이 함유된 주정폐액과 지렁이 분변토를 유기성 폐수나 유기성 폐기물 희석액 등에 첨가하여 고농도 미생물 용액으로 배양하는 미생물 용액 배양단계와;상기 미생물 용액 배양단계에서 배양된 고농도 악취 제거용 미생물 용액을 서로 다른 크기와 형태의 여재로 충진된 매체층에 공급하여 순환시키는 미생물 용액 공급단계와;상기 매체층의 하부로 악취발생원에서 수집된 악취가스를 주입하여 상기 악취가스 매체층의 미생물과 접촉되어 생물학적으로 산화 분해되는 악취제거단계를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 주정폐액과 지렁이 분변토를 이용한 악취제거 방법.

- 제1항에 있어서,상기 미생물 용액을 서로 다른 크기와 형태의 여재로 충진된 매체층이 형성된 살수여상 탈취탑의 상부로 주입하여 하부로부터 상승하는 악취를 제거하고, 그 배가스를 주정슬러지와 지렁이 분변토 및 한약재 찌꺼기로 이루어진 생물여과층이 형성된 생물여과 탈취탑을 통과시켜 나머지 악취를 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 주정폐액과 지렁이 분변토를 이용한 악취 제거방법.

- 주정폐액 및 지렁이 분변토를 유기성 폐수나 유기성 폐기물 희석액과 혼합하여 고농도 미생물 용액으로 배양하는 혼합조와 상기 혼합조의 상징액에 희석수를 첨가하여 적당한 농도로 희석함과 아울러 살수여상 탈취탑으로 순환시키는 저장조로 이루어진 미생물 배양조와;상부로는 상기 저장조로부터 공급되는 미생물 용액이 주입되고 하부로는 악취발생원에서 수집된 악취가스가 주입되며 상기 악취가스는 상기 미생물 용액에 의해 수세정되거나 미생물과 접촉되어 생물학적으로 산화 분해되고 사용된 미생물 용액은 다시 상기 저장조로 순환되도록 구성된 살수여상 탈취탑을 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 주정폐액 및 지렁이 분변토를 이용한 탈취장치.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 살수여상 탈취탑은 상기 저장조로부터 공급된 미생물 용액을 살수하는 살수장치와, 서로 다른 크기와 형태를 갖는 여재로 충진된 2단 이상의 매체층과, 상기 매체층을 통과하여 하강된 미생물 용액이 체류되는 체류조를 포함하여 구성되며, 상기 체류조에는 덕트를 통해 수집된 악취가스가 주입되는 주입관과 잉여 미생물 용액을 상기 저장조로 유출시키는 미생물 용액 순환관이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 주정폐액 및 지렁이 분변토를 이용한 탈취장치
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 살수여상 탈취탑의 후단에 주정슬러지와 지렁이 분변토 및 한약재 찌꺼기로 이루어진 생물여과층이 형성된 생물여과 탈취탑을 더 설치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 주정폐액 및 지렁이 분변토를 이용한 탈취장치.
- 제6항, 제7항 및 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 주정폐액 및 지렁이 분변토를 이용한 탈취장치는 산업폐수 처리시설이나 오폐수 처리시설에 설치되며, 상기 혼합조로 공급되는 유기성 폐수는 상기 오폐수 처리시설로부터 공급되고, 상기 살수여상 탈취탑으로 주입되는 악취가스는 상기 오폐수 처리시설로부터 수집되고, 상기 미생물 배양조에서 발생된 슬러지와 잉여 미생물 용액은 상기 오폐수 처리시설로 유입되어 처리되도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 주정폐액 및 지렁이 분변토를 이용한 탈취장치.
