Claims (4)
- 직선형이지만 유연한 튜브와;상기 튜브에 일정한 장력으로 권선되는 코일과;상기 코일이 권선된 튜브가 그 내부 공간 형태에 맞도록 변형되어 장착되고, 그 코일의 양끝이 외부로 인출되는 고정된 형태를 갖는 비직선형의 센서틀과;상기 센서틀 내에 주입되어 밀봉하는 함침제;를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기 유도 센서.
- 직선형이지만 유연한 튜브와;상기 튜브에 일정한 장력으로 권선되는 코일과;상기 코일이 권선된 튜브 내에 삽입되는 고정된 형태를 갖는 비직선형의 철심과;상기 철심이 삽입되고, 상기 코일이 권선된 튜브를 함침하는 함침제;를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기 유도 센서.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 철심이,단면이 사각형인 적층코아인 것;을 특징으로 하는 전자기 유도 센서.
- 권선기의 직선형 보빈축에 직선형이지만 유연한 튜브를 장착하는 1단계;상기 튜브에 장력을 일정하게 유지하면서 코일을 권선하는 2단계;상기 코일이 권선된 튜브를 상기 보빈축에서 분리하는 3단계;상기 코일이 권선된 튜브를 고정된 형태를 갖는 비직선형의 센서틀에 장착하고, 상기 코일의 양끝을 상기 센서틀 외부로 인출하는 4단계;상기 센서틀 내에 함침제를 넣고 밀봉하는 5단계;를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기 유도 센서 제조 방법.
