Description
Claims (5)
- 이동 통신 장치의 송수신기의 전력을 제어하는 방법에 있어서,송신 신호 엔벨로프(envelope)를 갖는 송신될 신호를 증폭하는 무선 주파수 전력 증폭기(RFPA)를 제공하는 단계 - 상기 RFPA는 상기 송신 신호 엔벨로프에 대응하는 RFPA 전력 요구를 갖음 -;오디오 신호 엔벨로프를 갖는 수신된 오디오 신호를 증폭하는 오디오 전력 증폭기를 제공하는 단계 - 상기 오디오 전력 증폭기는 상기 오디오 신호 엔벨로프에 대응하는 오디오 전력 증폭기 전력 요구를 갖음 -;상기 RFPA 및 상기 오디오 전력 증기 양자 모두에 결합된 전압 출력을 갖고, 상기 전압 출력에 공급 전압 레벨을 제공하는 공유 전력 조절기를 제공하는 단계;상기 RFPA만이 온 상태일 때 상기 RFPA 전력 요구에 따라 상기 공급 전압 레벨을 제어하는 단계; 및상기 오디오 전력 증폭기만이 온 상태일 때 상기 오디오 전력 증폭기 전력 요구에 따라 상기 공급 전압 레벨을 제어하는 단계를 포함하는 전력 제어 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 RFPA 및 상기 오디오 전력 증폭기 양자 모두가 온 상태일 때 상기 RFPA와 상기 오디오 전력 증폭기의 요구 전압 중에서 더 높은 것으로 상기 공급 전압 레벨을 제어하는 단계를 더 포함하는 전력 제어 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 공급 전압 레벨을 제어하는 단계는, 상기 RFPA 및 상기 오디오 전력 증폭기 양자 모두가 온 상태일 때 상기 어느 하나의 증폭기가 요구하거나 제공할 수 있는 전압보다 높은 고정 레벨로 상기 공급 전압 레벨을 설정하는 단계를 포함하는 전력 제어 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 RFPA만이 온 상태일 때 상기 RFPA 전력 요구에 따라 상기 공급 전압 레벨을 제어하는 단계는, 상기 공급 전압을 상기 RFPA의 1dB 백오프 레벨로 유지하는 단계를 포함하는 전력 제어 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 오디오 전력 증폭기만이 온 상태일 때 상기 오디오 전력 증폭기 전력 요구에 따라 상기 공급 전압 레벨을 제어하는 단계는, 상기 공급 전압을 상기 오디오 전력 증폭기의 1dB 백오프 레벨로 유지하는 단계를 포함하는 전력 제어 방법.
