Claims (1)
- 유입구(11)와 배출구(12)가 서로 통하게 형성되며 유입구(11)와 배출구(12)의 사이의 중앙에는 유체통과구멍(13)을 구비한 밸브시트(14)가 설치된 밸브몸체(10)의 상부에는 중심부에 수직방향으로 수직구멍(16)을 상하로 관통되게 형성한 밸브커버(15)가 설치되며, 이 수직구멍(16)에는 말단부에 유체통과구멍(13)을 개폐시킬 밸브플러그(17)를 구비한 스템(18)이 스프링(19)을 개재시킨 상태로 승하강가능하게 설치된 온도조절밸브(4)의 상부에는 열교환기기(2)에 삽입되어 열교환기기(2)내의 유체의 온도를 감지하는 감지봉(5)과 감지봉(5)에서 감지된 열기에 의해 내부의 액체가 팽창하는 팽창력이 전달관(6)을 통하여 내부의 누름봉(9)을 밀어주는 작동기(7)로 이루어지는 온도감지기(8)의 작동기(7)가 연결너트(25)에 조립 설치된 것에 있어서,상기 밸브커버(15)의 상부 나사부(26) 하단에 단턱부(27)가 형성되고, 이 나사부(26)에는 상부 내주연에 나사부(26)에 체결될 암나사부(28)를 형성하고 그 하측에 공간부를 형성한 수동핸들(29)이 단턱부(27) 하방으로 하강이 가능하게 나사식으로 설치되고, 상기 수동핸들(29)의 내부 공간부에는 스프링(30)이 탄력적으로 설치되며.상기 단턱부(27) 하방의 밸브커버(15)에는 양측방으로 관통하는 절개부(31)가 형성되고, 상기 스템(18)은 절개부(31)가 형성된 부분에서 이단봉 형태로 단턱부(32)가 형성되며, 상기 스템(18)의 단턱부(32)에는 플레이트형의 개도위치표시기(33)가 고정되게 설치되며, 이 개도위치표시기(33)의 양단은 양측 절개부(31)외측으로 노출되게 설치되고, 개도위치표시기(33) 하측의 스템(18)에는 스프링(34)이 탄력적으로 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 온도조절밸브.
