Claims (3)
- 자이모모나스 모빌리스(Zymomonas mobilis) 유래 레반슈크라제 유전자(levU)와 이눌리나제 분비 시그날 서열을 연결하고 이를 pDLMOX 벡터에 삽입하여 제작된, 도 1의 개열지도로 표시되는 레반슈크라제 발현벡터 pDLMOX-Lev.
- 청구항 1의 발현벡터 pDLMOX-Lev을 효모 한세눌라 폴리모파(Hansenular polymorpha)에 도입하여 형질전환된 한세눌라 폴리모파 A16/pDLMOX-lev[KCTC 10284BP].
- 청구항 2의 형질전환된 한세눌라 폴리모파 A16/pDLMOX-lev[KCTC 10284BP]를 메탄올을 이용하여 유가배양하여 레반슈크라제를 발현, 분비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 레반슈크라제의 생산방법.
