Claims (5)
- 액정적하장치와 중합경화장치 및 액정층형성장치가 하나로 일원화된 액정중합장치와, 씨일런트 라인이 형성된 제1기판과, 스페이서가 산포된 제2기판을 제공하는 단계;상기 씨일런트 라인이 형성된 제1기판상에 상기 액정중합장치의 액정적하장치로 액정을 적하시키는 단계;상기 액정이 적하된 제1기판과 스페이서가 산포된 제2기판을 상기 액정중합장치의 중합경화장치로 합착하여 상기 씨일런트 라인을 경화시키는 단계; 및상기 합착경화된 기판을 상기 액정중합장치의 액정층형성장치에서 상기 적하된 액정을 등방성(isotropic) 상태로 전이시킨 후 액정층을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 액정적하장치는 액정을 다중점 형태로 적하시키는 액정시린지장치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 액정시린지장치는 상기 제1기판상에 질소 가스압으로 액정을 적하하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 액정층형성장치는 틸트 및 써머-커플이 연결된 회전대를 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 회전대는 액정의 상전이 온도(Tni) 이상 유지하여 상기 액정을 네마틱 상태에서 등방성 상태로 전이시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 제조방법.
