- 산성화된 폐광지의 토양에 대해 유기물 함량이 증가된 중성 토양으로서 친환경적인 산림으로의 식생복원기간을 단축할 수 있는 폐광지 식생복원방법에 있어서,펄프 생산시 버려지는 참나무의 수피(나무껍데기)를 파쇄 처리하여 2-5㎝ 내외의 길이로 형성시킨 활엽수칩을 폐광지의 폐석토 위에 2-5㎝ 내외의 높이로 덮어지도록 펴는 단계와, 상기 활엽수칩이 깔려진 폐석토 위에 초류종자 또는 관목류종자를 파종하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 활엽수칩을 이용한 폐광지 식생복원방법.

- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 활엽수칩이 약간 덮어질 수 있도록 흙을 활엽수칩 위에 0.5-1.5㎝ 내외로 복토 처리하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 활엽수칩을 이용한 폐광지 식생복원방법.
