The present invention provides a method for continuously detecting a ground fault of a underground line as well as a ground line detector receiver in the direction of a track from the ground. When the earth leakage point is reached, a signal (at this time, a "beep to sound" is generated and the analog instrument indicates "0"). Is indicated differently so that an accurate earth leakage point can be detected. The underground line found at the ground-breaking point is simply broken down by 1m by hand (typically 40-60cm in depth) to visually check the breakage of the wire and insulate it with a special waterproof pad. As it is completely repaired without interrupting short time, low construction cost and traffic, it maintains safe street light management. 17. 17. Perform a back-up operation to complete the repair work. The following describes the method of detecting by the track detector applied to the present invention in more detail as follows. In case of measuring the depth of the buried material, tilt the receiver at 45 ° angle and estimate the depth as far as the distance from the track. .One. Underground of the street lamp underneath the protective shield of the steel street lamp, the dial tone disappears and the level on the instrument appears as "0" can be mistaken for a short circuit point. After passing through the street lights, a beep will sound again, and if the instrument level returns to the "5" level, you will know that it is not an earth leakage point. If there is no beeping sound and the instrument level is "0" even if you measure past the street lamp, you can see that the inside of the street lamp is a leakage point. Separate the ballast input 1 of the line. 5. Since there may be two or more leak points, repair the leak points and recheck the insulation status of the entire line after completion. If there is a leak condition, detect and repair the remaining sections in the same way. In the grounded state, not the complete leakage state, the tone and reception sensitivity decreases in proportion to the grounded state level. The detector can detect a depth of up to 1.5 m underground. Thus, the present invention is a street lamp and its ground. Since underground lines are installed along the road surface where people and vehicles frequently travel, the earth leakage line can be repaired quickly by detecting the line leakage and the possibility of a short circuit in advance with the detector, and the low pressure can be applied by applying this method. In addition, the new method of the present invention can change the insulation resistance value due to the environment of the ground surface (footpath block, cement, asphalt pavement), seasonal dry season and rainy season, and anticipated leakage during rainfall. The breaker's operability can be quantified to prioritize planned maintenance, and the insulation resistance and leakage current levels can be recorded and stored for each line of the automatic control box to establish a long-term maintenance plan according to the change in insulation resistance value. This prevents accidental power outages and maintains safe street light management in the long run.
As described above, the present invention uses a detector to accurately detect a short circuit in a short time in advance within the shortest time, thereby repairing only a shorted track so that construction cost is low and efficient management of a street lamp is possible. In case of frequent rainfall during the summer season, it is possible to prevent the loss of life due to fire by using a detector for advertisements, billboards, and temporary electrical installations of large construction sites.
