Claims (2)
- 염소화 유기화합물과 불화수소를 염화 불화안티모니 촉매 존재하에서 액상반응시켜 하이드로플루오로 카본 화합물을 제조하는 반응기에 있어서, PEFE수지로 라이닝된 반응기 내벽(B)과 반응기 외벽(A)사이에 지지체(3)를 이용하여 2∼10㎜ 간격을 유지하는 반응기내부공간(G)을 형성시키고 반응기내벽(B)전면에 150∼300㎜ 간격으로 2∼5㎜의 배출구멍(E)형성시킨 하이드로 플르오르 카본 화합물 제조용 반응기.
- 제 1항에 있어서 염소화 유기 화합물이 다음 일반식(I)로 표시되는 화합물인 하이드로 플르오로 카본 화합물 제조용 반응기CnHmFxCly . . . . . . (I)상기식에서 n는 1∼3, m은 1∼7, x는 0∼7, y는 1∼8이고 m+n+y≤2n+2이다.
