Claims (10)
- 통신 시스템내 슬롯 사이클을 할당하기 위한 방법에 있어서,상기 방법은,복수의 제 1원격 유닛들에 대한 제 1 슬롯 사이클을 결정하는 단계(502);복수의 제 2원격 유닛들에 대한 제 2 슬롯 사이클을 결정하는 단계(502);상기 제 1 슬롯 사이클을 상기 복수의 제 1원격 유닛들에 할당하는 단계(503);상기 제 2 슬롯 사이클을 상기 복수의 제 2원격 유닛들에 할당하는 단계(505)를 포함하는, 통신 시스템내 슬롯 사이클을 할당하기 위한 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 복수의 제 1원격 유닛들에 대한 상기 제 1 슬롯 사이클을 결정하는 단계는 제 1 모드에서 동작하는 복수의 원격 유닛들에 대한 상기 제 1 슬롯 사이클을 결정하는 단계를 포함하는, 통신 시스템내 슬롯 사이클을 할당하기 위한 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 복수의 제 2원격 유닛들에 대한 상기 제 2 슬롯 사이클을 결정하는 단계는 제 2 모드에서 동작하는 복수의 원격 유닛들에 대한 제 2 슬롯 사이클을 결정하는 단계를 포함하는, 통신 시스템내 슬롯 사이클을 할당하기 위한 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 슬롯 사이클을 상기 복수의 제 1원격 유닛들에 할당하는 상기 단계는 페이징 채널을 통해 제 1 메시지를 전송하는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 제 1 메시지는 상기 제 1 슬롯 사이클을 포함하는, 통신 시스템내 슬롯 사이클을 할당하기 위한 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 슬롯 사이클을 상기 복수의 제 2원격 유닛들에 할당하는 상기 단계는 페이징 채널을 통해 제 2 메시지를 전송하는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 제 2 메시지는 상기 제 2 슬롯 사이클을 포함하는, 통신 시스템내 슬롯 사이클을 할당하기 위한 방법.
- 동작 모드를 결정하는 단계(701-703);제 1 슬롯 사이클을 수신하는 단계(701);제 2 슬롯 사이클을 수신하는 단계(702); 및제 1 동작 모드에서 동작할 때는 상기 제 1 슬롯 사이클을 사용하고(704), 그렇지 않고, 제 2 동작 모드에서 동작할 때는 상기 제 2 슬롯 사이클을 사용하는 단계(705)를 포함하는, 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서상기 동작 모드를 결정하는 상기 단계는 디스패치 동작 모드 및 비-디스패치 동작 모드로 구성된 그룹으로부터 취해진 동작 모드를 결정하는 단계(703)를 포함하는, 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,제 1 동작 모드에서 동작할 때는 상기 제 1 슬롯 사이클을 사용하고, 그렇지 않고, 제 2 동작 모드에서 동작할 때는 상기 제 2 슬롯 사이클을 사용하는 상기 단계는 디스패치 동작 모드에서 동작할 때만 상기 제 1 슬롯 사이클을 사용하고(704), 그렇지 않고, 비-디스패치 동작 모드 동안에는 상기 제 2 슬롯 사이클을 사용하는 단계(705)를 포함하는, 방법.
