Abstract
It is an object of the present invention that the welding end of the circular core wire surrounding the flux has a constant thickness without allowing the gap to be cracked, and thus the welding arc is constant, greatly improving the quality of the welding, the winding of the bobbin is easy and the loss of the flux during winding The present invention provides an improved structure of a forming roller device for the production of a wire-shaped welding rod incorporating a flux of an undisclosed structure.
To this end, the present invention is a molding roller device for use in the forming process of a wire-shaped welding rod having a flux and a flux consisting of a circular core material wrapped around a flat iron strip in a circular shape so that the flux is retained in the central core portion. The roller device includes a pair of upper and lower rollers in which at least two pairs of straight rollers are straightened by passing through the flat iron band, and are arranged one by one. Rolled to plastic deformation to an acute inclined surface The cylindrical circumferential groove is formed in a ring shape over the entire circumferential surface, so that the two sets of vertical rollers are plastically deformed into a parallelogram shape when the flat iron band passes.
Description
The present invention relates to a structural improvement of a forming roller device for producing a wire-shaped welding rod having a flux for use in an automatic welding machine.
In order to join the iron plate and the iron plate are joined by melting the joining portion, in this case a welding rod is used to fill the space formed between the base material.
In order to prevent the electrode from being oxidized to weaken its strength because the electrode is usually melted and adhered under a high temperature atmosphere, as shown in FIG. 6, flux (Flux, 32) is applied to the outer surface of the core wire 31 of the electrode 30. The coating is applied to cover the surface of the base material and the core wire 31 which melts during the welding process to prevent oxidation and to improve the quality of the arc by improving the characteristics of the arc.
However, in the case of the rod-shaped welding rod 30, the length is only about 30 ~ 50 ㎝, the welding rod 30 is quickly consumed, so that the work must be interrupted in the middle of the welding operation and the new welding rod 30 must be continuously replaced. Since the speed is very slow and the welding must be continued from the previous welding work point at the time of stopping the work, there is a problem that the welding quality is greatly deteriorated according to the temperature difference or the degree of overlap of the melt, which has been a major obstacle to the welding automation.
The reason why the rod-shaped electrode 30 is not an obstacle to welding automation is because when the core wire 31 is continuously wound around the drum, the layer of flux 32 surrounding its outer surface is detached. This is due to the fact that it has no choice but to take a short straight line.
For this reason, in recent years, the flux 40 is built in the central core portion as shown in FIG. 7 for the automation of welding work, and the round core material 41 is wrapped around the outer periphery of the flux 40 in a circular line. Wire-shaped welding rods 42 incorporating the flux of the form in which the shape is formed have been developed and used.
When the welding rod 42 has such a structure, the welding rod 42 is continuously formed in a long wire shape and wound around the outer circumference of the bobbin to be used for welding. Since the flux 40 is safely maintained and there is no fear of detachment, the supply of the electrode 42 can be continuously performed, thereby bringing about an innovation in welding automation.
The wire-shaped welding rod 42 incorporating the flux 40 is manufactured through a manufacturing process as shown in FIG. 8, wherein a flat iron band 43 continuous in the longitudinal direction is wound around the bobbin 44 to form a vertical roller ( When the 45 and 46 are supplied through the molding apparatus section 47 which is continuously arranged, the flat iron band 43 becomes the U-shaped bending member 48 in the first half section of the molding process, and the flux supply device ( While passing through 49, the flux 50 is supplied to be received in the recess of the U-shaped bending member 48, and when passing through the second half of the molding device section 47, the U-shaped bending member 48 is completely rolled up. By forming the circular core material 51 to protect the flux 50 embedded in the core portion 52 of the center, the circular core material 51 is stretched while passing through the stretching device section 53 to the thickness of the desired standard Wire-weld with internally completed and completed flux (42) It will be formed, which will be used to withdraw the continuous welding electrode 42 is fed to a number of plant automatic welding process is wound on a bobbin 54.
However, in the case of the welding rod 42 manufactured through the above process, the joint end 55 of the circular core material 41 formed by rolling the flat iron band 43 in a circular shape is a simple one-shaped seam as shown in FIG. 7. The end 55 is opened to form a gap, or to have a double overlapping seam 56, or to have a seam 57 immersed inward, so that a welding arc does not uniformly occur in all radial directions during the welding operation, thereby melting The spreading amount of the metal is not uniform, which causes the welding quality to be deteriorated, and it is difficult to wind the bobbin.
Accordingly, the present invention has been proposed in view of the above point, and its object is to have a constant thickness without allowing gaps in the joint ends of the circular core wires surrounding the flux so that the welding arc is constant, thereby greatly improving the quality of welding. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide an improved structure of a forming roller device for producing a wire-shaped welding rod incorporating a flux having a structure in which bobbins are easily wound and no loss of flux occurs during winding.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention is a molding roller apparatus for use in the molding process of a wire-shaped welding rod having a flux and a flux consisting of a circular core material wrapped around a flat iron strip in a circular shape so as to retain the flux in a central core portion. In the forming roller device comprises a pair of upper and lower rollers are arranged in sequence at least two sets to straighten through the flat belt, the outer periphery of any one of the two sets of upper and lower rollers Rolling one end of the flat iron strip to plastic deformation to an acute inclined surface The cylindrical circumferential groove is formed in a ring shape across the entire circumferential surface thereof so that the two sets of up and down rollers are plastically deformed into a parallelogram shape when the flat band passes.
Hereinafter, the configuration of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 5.
The flat iron strip (2), which is the outer shell material of the flux-embedded wire welding rod (1), is wound around the bobbin (3), and is applied to the first and second forming roller devices (4) and (5) by using a machine called pay-off. In this case, the washing process is selectively performed to remove various foreign substances such as rolling oil and chips on the surface of the flat iron strip 2, and when the cleaning process is performed, the lubrication function is performed on the surface of the flat iron strip. Since the friction is increased when passing through the forming rollers in the forming process, which leads to a shortening of the life of the forming rollers (6A, 6B -----), it is recommended to carry out a lubricant supply process. Preferably, the flat iron strip 2 supplied to the first and second shaping roller devices 4 and 5 passes through a straightening device (which constitutes the first half of the shaping roller device) having a vertical surface having a flat surface. And hold the bent material in a straight line From entering the up are preferred.
In the first half of the primary forming process by the primary forming roller device 4, a flat iron band 2 is passed between a pair of upper and lower rollers 7A, 7B, 8A, and 8B in which two sets are sequentially installed. By rolling, the thin rectangular flat iron strip 2 is plastically deformed into a parallelogram-shaped raw material 9.
Since the upper and lower pairs of rollers 7A, 7B, 8A, and 8B serve as straight straightening devices of the flat band 2, when the roller passes through these roller bands, the cross-section becomes parallelogram and straightened.
One side of the rollers 7A, 7B, and 8A, 8B is inclined to one side of the rollers 7B, 8A. The cylindrical circumferential grooves 10A and 10B are formed, and the counter rollers 7A and 8B which rotate against each other have a smooth circumferential surface, so that the flat iron strip 2 is the primary roller 7A ( 7B) Passing through the circumferential groove 10A becomes the primary deformable material 9A having the shape as shown in FIG. 3, and passes through the circumferential groove 10B of the secondary rollers 8A and 8B. As it is rolled, both ends are plastically deformed into the parallelogram material 9 having the inclined surfaces 11 and 12.
The flat iron strip (2) may be processed to be inclined surface by grinding or cutting the both ends thereof to form a parallelogram, but this takes a lot of time and cost increases processing is not preferable in terms of productivity Therefore, the embodiment in which the plastic deformation by forcing it through the roller is most preferred.
Thus, the plastically deformed parallelogram material 9 passes through the primary forming roller device 4 composed of a plurality of upper and lower rollers 6A, 6B ----, and gradually increases the bending deformation amount to form a U-shaped bending member 13. In this case, the U-shaped bending member 13 passes through the flux supply device 14, and the flux 15 drop-fed from the flux supply device 14 is accommodated in the recess 16.
In this state, when passing through the secondary molding roller device 5 composed of a plurality of vertical rollers 6D ....., the U-shaped bending member 13 is rolled to form a perfect circle and the flux 15 in the core portion 17. ) Is to be formed of a circular core material 18 so as to be safely kept.
In this state, both side inclined surfaces 11 and 12 of the circular core material 18 of the welding rod 1A in the intermediate stage have a joint end portion 19 in contact with each other to form a boundary.
On the other hand, the electrode 1A of the intermediate stage is subjected to the stretching operation through the stretching device 20 to make the diameter of 1.2m / m, 1.4m / m, 1.6m / m mainly used in the welding machine of the desired diameter The finished welding rod 1 is obtained, which is continuously produced for a long time, so that the welding work is performed while winding the bobbin 21 and sending it to the work site where welding is required to continuously release it from the bobbin 21.
The present invention is to form a groove for forming a parallelogram shape by permanently plastic deformation of the end edges of both sides of the flat iron strip in the rollers to straighten the flat iron strip prior to the conventional molding process to form a parallelogram shape In the case of), both side inclined surfaces 11 and 12 of the end portion 19 are brought into close contact with each other, so that the gap disappears and the thickness remains almost the same as that of the other portions, thereby eliminating the tendency and bias of the arc generation. The gap is compensated for by the misalignment of the inclined surfaces 11 and 12 even if the seam end 19 is prevented or at least widened when being wound around the flux 19 so that the flux 15 accommodated therein is broken through the gap. Less leakage to the outside and the speed of winding work is also improved.
