Claims (2)
- 선반 작업의 부산물인 철 입자의 표면에 묻은 절삭유등을 유기용매로 세척함으로써 유분을 제거하는 단계;상기의 유분이 제거된, 과립형태를 물 속에 담가 산소로 플러싱(flushing)하면서 에이징한 밀도 2.0 ~ 3.5 g/㎤, 비표면적 1.2 ~ 1.5 ㎡/g 및 직경 0.5 ~ 2.0㎜ 크기의 철 입자 10 ~ 80 중량%와 에이징을 끝낸 비표면적이 2500 ~ 3500 ㎠/g, 강열감량 0 ~ 5% 및 직경 1.0 ~ 3.0㎜ 크기의 제강슬래그 90 ~ 20 중량%를 혼합하는 단계;상기의 철 입자/제강슬래그 혼합물을 부직포에 담아 밀봉하여 팩형태로 제작하는 단계;로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐자원인 영가 철과 제강슬래그로 구성된 투수성 반응벽체.
