Claims (7)
- 스테인레스, 코발트크롬, 티타늄합금, 특수 플라스틱제 등으로 비구, 비구컵, 스템을 성형한 인공관절에 있어서,비구컵, 비구에 적합한 세라믹 소재와 부재료를 선택하여 혼합하는 공정과;상기 준비된 복합 세라막분말 100중량%에 바인드 이투륨(Y2O3) 0.3∼0.7중량%를 혼합하여 스프레이 방식으로 80℃의 챔버내에 구상화하는 공정과;상기 구상화 된 세라믹 분말을 각각의 비구컵, 이탈방지 링, 비구볼 스템의 형상으로 프레스 압력1ton/㎠∼2ton/㎠로 성형공정과;상기 프레스 성형공정 후 소결로에서 온도 800∼1200℃에서 2∼4시간, 1500∼ 1700℃에서 4∼6시간 동안 소성한 다음 서서히 냉각하는 소결 공정과;상기 소결된 비구볼 외면과 비구컵 내면을 연마기로 연마하는 공정과;상기 연마공정에서 완전한 진구로 연마된 볼에 스템이 끼워지도록 고정홈을 형성하는 가공공정으로 비구컵, 비구, 비구이탈 방지링을 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹을 이용한 인공관절 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 비구와 비구컵은, 지르코니아(ZrO2) 20±0.5중량%, 알루미나(Al203) 80±0.5중량%, 이루어진 지로코니아와 알루미나 복합 세라믹으로 성형된 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹을 이용한 인공관절 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 비구와 비구컵은, 실리콘나이트라이드(Si3N4) 95%, 이투륨(Y2O3) 5%을 혼합하여 복합 실리콘나이트라이드 세라믹분말으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹을 이용한 인공관절 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 비구와 비구컵은, 지르코니아(ZrO2) 92.66∼96.4%, 이투륨(Y2O3) 4.95∼5.35%로 이루어진 복합 지르코니아 세라믹 분말으로 성형된 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹을 이용한 인공관절 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 비구와 비구컵은, 알루미나(Al2O3) 90%, 이투륨(Y2O3) 5%로 이루어진 실리콘나이트라이드 세라믹분말로 성형된 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹을 이용한 인공관절 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 제6항에 있어서,복합세라믹으로 형성된 비구컵(10) 내부에 비구(11)가 내장되어 회전되도록하고, 상기 비구(11) 일측에는 내벽이 경하면으로된 고정홈(12)이 형성되고, 상기 고정홈(12)에는 이탈방지링이 고정되어 비구가이탈되는 것을 방지할 수 있도록된 인공관절 구조에 있어서,이탈방지 링(13)은 플라스틱재질로 이루어져 내면에 다수의 홈(14)이 형성되고, 상기 홈(14)에는 복합세라믹으로 된 마찰 고정돌기(15)가 끼워져 비구의 외면과 대응 접촉되도록 인공관절이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 인공관절 구조.
