Abstract

PURPOSE: Woolen type polyester different shrinkage mixed yarn is characterized by using polyester drawn yarn, core yarn containing titanium oxide type particles and silicone oxide type particles and using half-drawn yarn, sheath yarn having spontaneous extensibility. Textile manufactured out of the yarns has excellent bulkiness and repulsive property. CONSTITUTION: Polyester different shrinkage mixed yarn is obtained by the steps of: preparing polyester drawn yarn containing 1-3pts.wt. of titanium oxide type particles having 80-400nm of average diameter and 1-3pts.wt. of silicone oxide type particles having 20-200nm of average diameter; spinning half-drawn yarn at 2000-4000mpm of spinning velocity; using the polyester drawn yarn, core yarn having high hollow ratio; using the half-drawn yarn, sheath yarn having spontaneous extensibility; and then air-confounding the polyester drawn yarn and the half-drawn yarn to be mixed in a raito of 1:0.7-1:1.3. The hollow ratio of the polyester drawn yarn is 15-40%.
