Claims (8)
- D-4-클로로벤즈히드롤을 유기 용매 하에서 4-니트로벤조익산, 트리페닐포스핀 및 디에틸아조디카르복실레이트과 반응시킴으로써, L-4-클로로벤즈히드릴-4-니트로벤조에이트를 제조하는 단계;상기 결과물을 가수분해함으로써, L-4-클로로벤즈히드롤을 제조하는 단계; 및상기 L-4-클로로벤즈히드롤을 클로로에틸피페리딘과 반응시킴으로써, L-클로페라스틴을 제조하는 단계를 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 L-클로페라스틴 또는 이의 약학적으로 허용 가능한 염의 제조 방법.
- a) 4-클로로벤즈히드롤의 라세미체를 광학적으로 활성인 염(optically active base)와 반응시킴으로써, L-4-클로로벤즈히드롤의 염을 분리, 제조하는 단계; b) 상기 L-4-클로로벤즈히드롤의 염을 가수 분해함으로써, L-4-클로로벤즈히드롤을 제조하고, 광학적으로 활성인 염을 분리하는 단계; 및 c) 상기 L-4-클로로벤즈히드롤을 클로로에틸피페리딘과 반응시킴으로써, L-클로페라스틴을 제조하는 단계로 구성되는 L-클로로페라스틴의 제조 방법에 있어서,상기 c)에서 부산물로써 형성되는 D-4-클로로벤즈히드릴의 염을 가수 분해하여, D-4-클로로벤즈히드롤을 제조하고, 광학적으로 활성인 염을 분리하는 단계;상기 D-4-클로로벤즈히드롤을 유기 용매 하에서 4-니트로벤조익산, 트리페닐포스핀 및 디에틸아조디카르복실레이트과 반응시킴으로써, L-4-클로로벤즈히드릴-4-니트로벤조에이트를 제조하는 단계;상기 결과물을 가수분해함으로써, L-4-클로로벤즈히드롤을 제조하는 단계; 및상기 L-4-클로로벤즈히드롤을 클로로에틸피페리딘과 반응시킴으로써, L-클로페라스틴을 제조하는 단계를 부가적으로 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 L-클로페라스틴 또는 이의 약학적으로 허용 가능한 염의 제조 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 D-4-클로로벤즈히드롤을 제조하는 단계에 있어서는 30%의 소디움하이드록사이드 용액을 사용하여, D-4-클로로벤즈히드릴의 염을 가수 분해함으로써 제조함을 특징으로 하는 L-클로페라스틴 또는 이의 약학적으로 허용 가능한 염의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 L-4-클로로벤즈히드릴-4-니트로벤조에이트를 제조하는 단계에 있어서, 상기 유기 용매로는 테트라하이드로퓨란(THF)을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 L-클로페라스틴 또는 이의 약학적으로 허용 가능한 염의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, L-4-클로로벤즈히드롤을 제조하는 단계에 있어서는 30%의 소디움하이드록사이드를 사용하여 상기 L-4-클로로벤즈히드릴-4-니트로벤조에이트을 가수 분해함으로써 제조함을 특징으로 하는 L-클로페라스틴 또는 이의 약학적으로 허용 가능한 염의 제조 방법.
