Abstract

PURPOSE: A cubic-pattern flooring material by using a glass bead is provided to show beauty and cubic effect of a printed pattern on an upper printing layer by forming a glass beam mixing layer under the printing layer and applying reflective brightness difference of the incident light and reflective light by the glass bead that is a high refractable reflecting material. CONSTITUTION: In a multi-layer cubic-pattern flooring material having a printing layer(3), a glass bead mixing layer(2) is formed by mixing transparent or semi-transparent plastisol and a colorless or colored transparent/semi-transparent glass bead. The glass bead mixing layer is disposed at the lower end of the printing layer. The size of the glass bead is 10¯200 mesh. The glass bead of 5¯70wt% is contained in the glass bead mixing layer. A transparent or semi-transparent layer(4) is formed on the upside of the printing layer by coating the upside of the printing layer with transparent or semi-transparent plastisol. Surface embossments processed by an embossing roll are formed on the transparent or semi-transparent layer to increase the diffused reflection of the glass bead.

Description

Three-dimensional pattern flooring with glass beads

The present invention relates to a three-dimensional patterned flooring having a printed pattern imparted by applying colorless or colored transparent, translucent glass beads, which has an aesthetic, presence and natural marble texture effect.

In the case of the conventional flooring, in order to give a three-dimensional pattern, the printing layer and glass paper are integrated to express the three-dimensional pattern by various printing methods such as gravure printing, printing using transfer paper, and rotary screen printing. Alternatively, a mechanical method was used to change the depth of embossed rolls embossed or to match the pattern with various print patterns. In addition, the method of expressing three-dimensional pattern by distinguishing the depth of various pearl patterns during printing by partially using the foam inhibitor on the PVC foam layer and by pulverizing urethane or acrylic into fine particles on the upper surface of the printed pattern inside the plastisol It has been applied to form a layer by gelation after inclusion in the. However, the flooring using the conventional methods for expressing such three-dimensional pattern has a disadvantage in terms of three-dimensional pattern effect does not meet the newly changing consumer's aesthetic needs.

Accordingly, the present invention has been made to solve the problems of the conventional three-dimensional pattern flooring, the object of the present invention, unlike the conventional flooring, the printing layer on a layer of a mixture of transparent or translucent plastisol and glass beads It is to provide a three-dimensional pattern flooring material having aesthetics, three-dimensional and natural marble texture effect by forming a glass bead as a high refractive reflector to cause diffuse reflection of incident light and reflected light to increase the brightness.

The present invention is a multi-layer floor covering including a print layer, wherein a glass bead mixed layer formed by mixing a transparent or translucent plastisol and a colorless or colored transparent and translucent glass bead as a high refractive reflector is formed at the bottom of the printed layer. It is characterized by.

Glass beads contained in the glass bead mixed layer, which is a feature of the flooring of the present invention, are used by mixing transparent glass beads and translucent glass beads, the size of which is preferably 10 to 200 mesh in consideration of the diffuse reflection effect, and the content of the glass beads 5 to 70% by weight of the total amount of plastisol and glass beads constituting the mixed layer is preferred. When the content of the glass beads is 5% by weight or less, the diffuse reflection effect is insignificant, and when the content of the glass beads is 70% by weight or more, the content of the glass beads is too high, causing problems in mixing with the plastisol.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings as a general household flooring as follows.

The base layer 1 is formed by simultaneously gelling a glass fiber and a nonwoven fabric using an impregnating sol with plywood, or by coating an impregnating sol on a glass fiber to smoothly gel the impregnating sol with a gelling drum. The impregnating sol used at this time is a mixture of 100 parts by weight of vinyl chloride resin having excellent polymerization degree of 1000 to 3000 and 50 to 100 parts by weight of plasticizer having excellent compatibility, 80 to 200 parts by weight of filler, and 1 to 5 parts by weight of pigment. Use a plastisol made by high speed mixing for about 60 minutes.

5 to 70% by weight of a transparent or translucent plastisol and 10 to 200 mesh colorless or colored transparent and translucent glass beads on the base layer 1 are coated, and then the surface is smoothed. The surface of the glass bead mixed layer 2 is formed by compacting the surface such that the surface is not curved enough to have a gloss. At this time, the transparent or semi-transparent plastisol has 50 to 100 parts by weight of 100 parts by weight of vinyl chloride resin having excellent polymerization resistance and a plasticizer having excellent compatibility with 0 to 100 parts by weight of filler and 0 to 5 parts by weight of pigment. The mixture is made by mixing high speed for about 30 to 60 minutes. The glass bead mixed layer 2 thus prepared is harmonized with the upper printed layer 3 to exhibit more excellent three-dimensional and aesthetic feeling.

Then, the printing layer 3 is formed on the glass bead mixed layer 2 by printing in various ways such as gravure printing, rotary screen printing, and transfer paper printing. As described above, when the glass bead mixed layer is formed at the bottom of the printed layer, light is reflected from the glass bead layer and passes through the printed layer again, resulting in an aesthetic and three-dimensional appearance due to the diffuse reflection effect in the glass bead layer.

The transparent or semitransparent layer 4 is formed by coating with a transparent or translucent plastisol on top of the printing layer 3, which is embossed with embossing roll to further enhance the diffuse reflection effect of the glass beads. It is also possible to form surface embossing.

Finally, the surface treatment layer 5 is formed by using a glossy or matte UV treatment agent. In this case, the UV treatment agent may be a conventional one or may have an antistatic effect exhibiting a surface resistance of 5 × 10 10 Ωcm or more. .
