Claims (1)
- 소결 혼합기 및 조립기의 각도를 조정할 수 있게 다수개의 서포트 롤가운데 적어도 한개 이상의 배출부 서포트 롤 간격을 드럼 직각 방향으로 수평이동이 가능한 조절장치가 설치되어지는 제 1단계와,상기 배합원료 혼합기와 조립기를 입도조건에 비례하여 상기 배출부 서포트 롤 간격을 조정하는 제 2단계와,소결공장 주제어장치로부터 의사입자화율과 통기도를 전송받아 제어기에서 최적 체류시간을 계산하는 제 3단계와,상기 제 3단계에서 계산된 체류시간에 따라 롤링 드럼 내에서의 체류시간 및 체류거리를 조정하는 제 4단계와,최적의 체류시간을 조정하는 것을 통하여 통기도를 조정하는 제 5단계를 포함하여 이루어진 것으로서, 공급되는 배합원료 입도 조건에따라 혼합기 및 조립기 배출 각도를 조절이 가능하도록 하므로써 롤링 드럼 내에서 배합원료 체류 시간 및 체류 거리를 변화시켜 조업상황에서 요구되는 적정 의사입자가 형성되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소결공정에서 가변성 의사입자 조립 방법.
