Claims (4)
- 대향 배치된 하부 유리기판과 상부 유리기판;상기 하부 유리기판과 상부 유리기판 사이에 개재된 액정층;상기 하부 유리기판 상에 절연막의 개재하에 적층되며, 각각 공통전극과 화소전극을 구비한 제 1 ITO 전극층과 제 2 ITO 전극층; 및상기 하부 유리기판 상에 화소전극과 콘택하도록 설치된 박막트랜지스터를 포함하며,상기 제 1 ITO 전극층의 공통전극 상에는 상기 제 2 ITO 전극층의 화소전극이 배치되도록 하고, 상기 제 1 ITO 전극층의 화소전극 상에는 상기 제 2 ITO 전극층의 공통전극이 배치되도록 하여, 하나의 화소 내에서 교차 전계가 일어나도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 디스플레이.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 ITO 전극층의 전극 폭은 제 1 ITO 전극층의 전극 폭 보다 작거나 같은 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 디스플레이.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 ITO 전극층의 전극과 상기 제 2 ITO 전극층의 전극 사이의 간격은 10㎛ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 디스플레이.
- 대향 배치된 하부 유리기판과 상부 유리기판;상기 하부 유리기판과 상부 유리기판 사이에 개재된 액정층;상기 하부 유리기판 상에 절연막의 개재하에 적층된 제 1 ITO 전극층과 제 2 ITO 전극층; 및상기 하부 유리기판 상에 설치된 박막트랜지스터를 포함하며,상기 제 1 ITO 전극층은 공통전극과 화소전극으로 이루어져 전극들이 공통전극, 화소전극, 공통전극의 순으로 배열되도록 하고, 상기 제 2 ITO 전극층은 화소전극으로만 이루어져 전극들이 상기 제 1 ITO 전극층의 공통전극 상에만 배치되도록 하여, 하나의 화소 내에서 교차 전계가 일어나도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 디스플레이.
