Claims (9)
- 제1기판과,상기 제1기판상에 형성된 화소전극과,상기 화소전극 위에 형성된 보호막과,상기 보호막 위에 형성된 제1배향막과,상기 제1배향막 위에 형성된 제1광배향막을 포함하여 구성된 액정표시소자.

- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1기판을 마주하는 제2기판과,상기 제2기판의 제1기판을 마주하는 면 위에 형성된 제2배향막과,상기 제2배향막 위에 형성된 제2광배향막과,상기 제1기판과 제2기판 사이에 형성된 액정층이 추가로 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
- 제1항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 상기 광배향막을 이루는 물질이 PVCN(polyvinyl cinnamate), PSCN(polysiloxane cinnamate), 및 CelCN(cellulose cinnamate)계 물질로 이루어진 일군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
- 제1항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 상기 제1 또는 제2배향막을 이루는 물질이 폴리이미드(polyimide), 폴리아미드(polyamide), PVA(polvinylalcohol), 폴리아믹산(polyamic acid), 이산화규소(silicon dioxide)로 이루어진 일군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
- 기판 위에 보호막을 형성하는 단계와,상기 보호막 위에 배향막을 도포하는 단계와,상기 배향막 위에 광배향막을 도포하는 단계와,상기한 광배향막에 자외선을 조사하여 배향방향을 결정하는 단계를 포함하여 구성된 액정표시소자의 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 광배향막을 이루는 물질이 PVCN(polyvinyl cinnamate), PSCN(polysiloxane cinnamate), 및 CelCN(cellulose cinnamate)계 물질로 이루어진 일군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자의 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 배향막을 이루는 물질이 폴리이미드(polyimide), 폴리아미드(polyamide), PVA(polvinylalcohol), 폴리아믹산(polyamic acid), 이산화규소(silicon dioxide)로 이루어진 일군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자의 제조방법.
