Claims (18)
- 다결정 공구에 있어서,다결정 다이어몬드(PCD) 또는 다결정 입방정 질화붕소(PCBN)로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 다결정 물질을 포함하는 다결정 성형체를 구비한 외부 가공층;상기 외부 가공층을 지지하고, 볼록한 정상부와 오목한 계곡부를 교대로 구성하는 복수개의 돌출부가 형성된 지지부;상기 외부 가공층과 상기 지지부 사이에 배치되고 상기 지지부의 돌출부를 수용하고 상기 지지부에 결합되도록 형성된 지지부 결합면과, 상기 외부 가공층에 결합되는 다결정 성형체 결합면을 가지며, 100 중량% 중에서 70 중량% 이상의 다결정 물질과 30 중량% 이하의 결합재 또는 결합 매개물로 조성된 중간층을 포함하며,상기 다결정 물질은 다결정 다이어몬드(PCD) 또는 다결정 입방정 질화붕소(PCBN)로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되고, 상기 결합재는 VIII족 금속으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되며, 상기 결합 매개물은 IVb, Vb, VIb족 천이금속의 탄화물, 질화물, 탄화 질화물로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다결정 공구.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 돌출부는 각기 라운드 처리된 것을 특징으로 하는 다결정 공구.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 중간층은 상기 외부 가공층과 상기 지지부 사이에서 상기 돌출부 상에 위치하며, 상기 외부 가공층은 상기 중간층에 의해 상기 지지부의 돌출부로부터 분리된 것을 특징으로 하는 다결정 공구.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 중간층은 코발트를 포함하며,상기 코발트가 상기 외부 가공층으로 이동하려는 현상은 상기 지지부의 돌출부 또는 상기 중간층의 결합 매개물, 다결정 물질 및 결합재에 의해 조절되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다결정 공구.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 VIII족 금속으로 이루어진 결합재는 코발트, 니켈 및 철로 이루어진 그룹인 것을 특징으로 하는 다결정 공구.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 중간층 중에서 결합재는 1∼5 중량 % 사이인 것을 특징으로 하는 다결정 공구.
- 다결정 성형체에 있어서,다결정 요소를 수용하도록 형성되고, 볼록한 정상부와 오목한 계곡부를 교대로 구성하는 복수개의 돌출부가 형성된 지지부;복수개의 소결된 또는 결합된 초경 결정체와 상기 초경 결정체의 결합을 위한 결합재 또는 결합 매개물이 혼합되어 구성되고, 상기 지지부의 돌출부에 결합될 수 있도록 형성된 중간층; 및상기 중간층에 결합된 외부 가공층을 구비하며,상기 초경 결정체는 다결정 다이어몬드(PCD) 또는 다결정 입방정 질화붕소(PCBN)로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 다결정 물질을 포함하고, 상기 결합재는 VIII족 금속으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되며, 상기 결합 매개물은 IVb, Vb, VIb족 천이금속의 탄화물, 질화물, 탄화 질화물로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되며,상기 초경 결정체는 상기 중간층의 적어도 70 ~ 80 중량% 인 것을 특징으로 하는 다결정 성형체.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 결합재는 코발트, 니켈 및 철로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 다결정 성형체.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 외부 가공층은 상기 중간층에 의해 상기 지지부의 돌출부로부터 분리된 것을 특징으로 하는 다결정 성형체.
