Claims (6)
- 고로 노벽보수를 위해 장입물 레벨을 저하시키는 감척조업시 노정온도를 관리하는 방법에 있어서,정상적인 고로조업에서의 정상노정온도를 측정하는 단계와,상기 감척조업시 감척노정온도를 산정하는 단계와,상기 감척노정온도와 정상노정온도의 차이를 보상할 수 있도록 상기 감척조업 전에 광석의 장입량을 감소시키고 코크스 장입량을 증가시키는 사전감광을 실시하는 단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 감척조업시 노정온도 관리방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 감척조업시 풍구를 통해 유입되는 열풍의 풍량을 안전율 2.5 이하의 조건에서 낮게 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 감척조업시 노정온도 관리방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 열풍의 풍량은 4500 ~ 4700Nm3/min 수준으로 낮추어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 감척조업시 노정온도 관리방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,산소 사용량을 증가시켜 고로 내부의 융착대를 강하시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 감척조업시 노정온도 관리방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 감척조업 중에 장입되는 장입물의 장입횟수를 증가시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 감척조업시 노정온도 관리방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 감척조업 말기 또는 감척조업 중에 장입물을 분할하여 장입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 감척조업시 노정온도 관리방법.
