Claims (2)
- 한 쌍의 헤더 파이프와, 다수의 채널을 가지면서 상기 헤더 파이프 사이에 설치되는 다수개의 냉매튜브와, 상기 냉매튜브들 사이에 개재된 냉각핀으로 구성된 멀티형태의 열교환기에 있어서;상기 헤더 파이프와 냉매 공급관을 연결하도록 소정직경의 파이프 형태로 형성된 유입부와;상기 유입부 중 일측을 상기 헤더 파이프의 길이방향과 일치되게 타원형태로 확장하여 상기 헤더 파이프의 외측에 위치되도록 헤더 파이프에 결합되는 분기부와;상기 분기부 내에 구비되어 내부공간을 수직방향으로 분할하는 다수개의 배플;로 구성되되,상기 분기부를 통해 헤더 파이프 내로의 냉매 유입시 상기 분기부 내의 배플에 의해 냉매의 유동 흐름을 분산시켜 상기 헤더 파이프 내로 유입되는 냉매의 급격한 압력저하 및 편중토출을 방지하는 알루미늄 열교환기의 냉매 분산기구.
