- 서열번호 1로 기재되는 HuC 유전자 프로모터에 GFP(green fluorescence protein) 유전자를 연결한 HuCP-GFP 융합 유전자 컨스트럭트 pHuC10GFP(수탁번호 : KCTC 0802BP).
- 제 3항의 융합유전자 콘스트럭트를 포함하고 있는 동형접합 형질전환 제브라피쉬의 정자(수탁번호 : KCTC 0844BP).
- 제 3항의 융합유전자 콘스트럭트를 게놈 내에 포함하여 신경 특이적으로 GFP를 발현하는 형질전환 제브라피쉬.
- 1) 제브라피쉬의 신경특이적 발현을 조절하는 서열번호 1로 기재되는 HuC 유전자의 프로모터에 GFP 유전자를 연결한 제 3항의 융합 유전자 콘스트럭트를 제조하는 단계;2) 상기 융합 유전자 콘스트럭트를 수정란에 미세주입하는 단계;3) 상기 수정란으로부터 신경 특이적으로 형광 단백질을 발현시키는 배를 선별하는 단계;4) 상기 선별된 배의 성체를 야생형과 교배시켜 이형접합 F1 형질전환체를 얻는 단계; 및5) 상기 이형접합 F1 형질전환체를 다시 야생형과 교배시켜 동형접합 F2 형질전환체를 선별하는 단계로 구성되는 형질전환 동물의 제조방법.

- 제 10항에 있어서,1) HuCP-GFP 융합 유전자 컨스트럭트를 게놈내에 포함하는 동형접합 형질전환 제브라피쉬를 미지의 이형접합 신경 변이체와 교배시켜 F1 자손을 얻는 단계;2) 상기 F1 자손을 이형접합 신경변이체와 다시 교배시켜의 동형접합 신경변이체를 얻는 단계;3) 상기 동형접합 신경변이체의 배(embryo)에서 발현되는 GFP의 형광을 HuCP-GFP 이형접합 형질전환 제브라피쉬의 배에서 발현되는 형광과 비교하여 신경 돌연변이체를 선별하는 단계로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 5항의 HuCP-GFP 형질전환 제브라피쉬를 이용하여 신경계 돌연변이체의 신경계 변화를 분석하는 방법.
