Abstract

The present invention relates to a method for preparing copper-oligopeptides which is easily absorbed in the body. More specifically, vegetable or animal proteins are suspended in water, and protease is added to react for 12 hours at pH 3.5 to 6.0 to obtain oligopeptides, followed by chelates by adding copper mineral ions to the protease oligopeptides. By the (Chelate) reaction, a copper-oligopeptide (Zinc-Oligopeptide) is obtained. It is concentrated to about 35% solids, dried and powdered to obtain powdered copper-oligopeptide.

Description

Manufacturing Method of Absortive Copper-Oligopeptide in The Human Body}Manufacturing Method of Absortive Copper-Oligopeptide in The Human Body

The present invention relates to a method for preparing copper-Oligopeptide and a beverage or food composition containing the same, which have strong absorption in the body and are not affected by obstacles among food ingredients. More specifically, all the mineral-enhancing substances used so far are those that cannot be absorbed by the body, and mineral compounds that can be absorbed by the small intestine in the digestive tract are the same as calmodulin, a calcium compound that is distributed and used in the human body. It was found that the structure of calmodurin depends on the oligopeptide chelates calcium ions, thereby inventing a method for preparing copper-oligopeptide.

Increasing mineral absorption inhibitors due to excessive consumption of processed foods and deterioration of absorption ability due to aging of the human body increases adult disease due to loss of balance of minerals to be retained by body fluids. In addition, the distortion of physiological processes in the body due to the lack of minerals is promoting the occurrence of abnormal variants called cancer. Among them, the adult disease caused by the lack of copper is spreading to children as well as adults.

(Pigmentation and structure of hair), (Protect de generation of the nervous system.), 면역기능의 향상(Enhances the immune systems) 등을 발휘한다.The physiological activity of copper is known to be involved in hematopoiesis and energy in oriental medicine. Hematopoietic means ruling the blood and is not only an ischemic disease but also plays an important role in maintaining energy. If the blood is not well regulated in the body, the oxygen supply from the outside is impure and energy production is not smooth. Copper, along with iron, affects hematopoiesis. Copper functions include hemoglobin format ion, Pigmentation and structure of hair, Reproduction cardiovascular lesions, Protect de generation of the nervous system, Enhances the immune systems.

An object of the present invention is to provide a copper-oligopeptide which is a water-soluble protein in a form in which the oligopeptide chelates copper minerals and is well absorbed in the body.

This was concentrated to about 35% solids and then powdered with a drum dryer or a spray dryer to obtain a powdered copper-oligopeptide.
