실시예 5: RAPD를 이용한 세원 왕포아잔디의 분류Example 5 Classification of Sewon Wangpoa Grass using RAPD

세원 왕포아잔디의 분류학적 위치를 밝히고 왕포아잔디들간의 근연관계를 확인하고자 세원 왕포아잔디를 비롯한 12가지 국내 수집종 및 도입종 5품종의 왕포아잔디를 들잔디를 대조 식물로 하여 RAPD 분석을 실시하였다.
