The first spring(15) is installed at the first shaft. The latch(16) is rotated by the second shaft(17). The second spring(18) is installed at the second shaft. The latch has a locking groove(20) into which the striker(19) is inserted. The snap is inserted into the insertion groove(21). The supporter(23) is supported by the third spring(22). An opening portion is formed on the housing in order to insert the striker into the locking groove of the latch.
