Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 오폐수 원수(2)가 유입되는 오폐수관로(1)상에 파이프 반응부(3)를 설치하고, 이 파이프 반응부(3) 내에는 삽탈이 가능하도록 일측단에 리테이너(41)가 설치되는 나선상의 혼합구(4)를 설치하며, 상기 파이프 반응부(3)에는 중화제와 혼화제, 응집제 등의 약품을 투입하여 공급하는 각각의 투입부(5)(6)(7)를 연결설치하여, 상기 오폐수에서 슬럿지를 분리하고 이를 가압펌프(8)의 압축공기로 가압시켜 처리조(9)내에서 기포의 팽창으로 슬럿지(10)와 청수(11)를 분리하여 방출하도록 하며, 상기 파이프 반응부(3)에 연결되는 오폐수 관로(1)의 출력측에는 여러 개의 분사노즐(12)을 연결설치하되, 이 가압수 분사노즐(12)은 노즐부(13)의 선단에 T자형의 분사부(14)가 형성되도록 하여 설치하고 이 가압수 분사노즐(12)에는 연결관(15)을 통하여 수평형의 가압수 발생관(16)을 연결설치하며, 이 가압수 발생관(16)의 일측에는 선단에 수위조절용 경사부(18)가 형성된 조절관(17)을 설치하여 상기 가압펌프(8)에 연결하고, 상기 가압수 발생관(16)의 일측 상부에는 일수부(19)를 설치하여 적정수위 이상의 가압수를 자동적으로 배출시킬 수 있도록 구성함을 특징으로 하는 가압부상 분리기의 가압수 발생장치.
