Claims (3)
- 연소실 내에 연소열을 제공할 수 있도록 가스밸브를 통해 유입된 가스를 공기와 혼합하여 연소시키는 버너와; 상기 버너에 일정량의 공기가 공급될 수 있도록 하는 송풍기와; 상기 연소실 내에서 버너의 연소열에 의해 직접 가열되어 난방수를 데워주는 현열부 열교환기와; 상기 연소실 내부에서 발생한 배기가스와 열교환을 통해 배기가스의 잠열로 난방수를 가열하는 잠열부 열교환기를 포함하는 콘덴싱 가스보일러에 있어서,상기 연소실에는 내부격막과 외부격막으로 이루어진 연소실 벽체가 구비되고,상기 현열부 열교환기와 잠열부 열교환기가 상기 연소실 벽체를 따라 하나의 라인으로 감아 올라가는 스테인레스 주름관에 의해 일체로 구성됨과 아울러 현열부 열교환기 하부에 잠열부 열교환기가 배치되며,상기 버너와 송풍기가 상기 연소실의 내부에 순차적으로 내장되어 상기 버너의 점화 부위가 상기 연소실의 내부격막 상부 선단과 거의 일치되는 높이에 위치한 상태에서 상향 연소가 가능하게 되고,상기 연소실의 외부격막 외측으로 배기가스를 배출하기 위한 배기구가 구비된 배기덕트가 설치됨과 더불어 연소실 하부 쪽으로 응축수를 배출할 수 있는 응축수 배출구가 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 상향 연소식 콘덴싱 가스보일러.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 외부격막은 연소실 전체를 커버하는 형태로 형성되고, 상기 내부격막은 외부격막 보다 낮은 소정의 높이로 외부격막 내측에 소정간격을 두고 형성되며, 상기 외부격막에는 단열재가 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상향 연소식 콘덴싱 가스보일러.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 스테인레스 주름관에 의해 하나의 라인으로 구성된 현열부 및 잠열부 열교환기의 경계 구분은 연소실에서 상기 버너의 연소열과 직접 접촉되는지의 여부에 따라 결정됨에 따라 연소열을 차단하는 상기 내부격막의 설치 높이에 의해 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상향 연소식 콘덴싱 가스보일러.
