Abstract
PURPOSE: A method for making a separated liquid-powder type ceramic constructional finishing material is provided to obtain a constructional finishing material having anion- and far infrared ray-emitting activities and excellent storage stability. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of: mixing 65-74 wt% of natural jade powder, 8-12 wt% of far infrared ray-emitting ceramic powder, 4.5-5.5 wt% of antibacterial ceramic powder, 4.5-5.5 wt% of an anion-emitting material, 4.5-5.5 wt% of a heat insulating material and 4.5-5.5 wt% of a photocatalyst, based on the total weight of a powder mixture, to form a powder mixture; and, in a separate container, mixing pure water with colloidal silica sol at a weight ratio of 25:75 to 35:65, heating the mixture, and stirring the mixture at a low speed while maintaining a temperature of 75-85 deg.c for 1 hour, quenching to 28-32 deg.C, adding 0.18-0.22 wt% of potassium hydroxide and 8-12 wt% of water-soluble emulsion, based on the total weight of a liquid mixture, and stirring the mixture to form a liquid mixture.
