Abstract

PURPOSE: A method for drying fried bean curd(yoobu) using microwaves to permit uniform heating of the outside and inside thereof to be achieved is provided together with an apparatus thereof. It prevents the occurrence of wrinkles and reduces the drying time. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for drying fried bean curd comprises: a body(100) with a motor(110); a lower and upper transfer means(200,300) for transferring fried bean curd from one side to another side while being rotated by the motor; a drying chamber(500) for drying the transferred fried bean curd; a microwave generator(600) for irradiating microwaves at the fried bean curd which is passing through the drying chamber; a control part(700) for controlling a power supplier(710); an inlet and outlet electromagnetic wave shielding apparatus(400,400a); a hot air blower(800) for supplying hot air to the drying chamber; and a cold air blower(800a) for cooling the dried fried bean curd.
