Claims (1)
- 버너에서 연료를 연소시켜 발생된 현열을 흡수하는 현열부 열교환기(20)와 배기가스에서 잠열을 흡수하는 잠열부 열교환기(30)로 이루어진 콘덴싱 보일러의 열교환기 구조에 있어서,상기 버너 위에 현열부 열교환기(20), 잠열부 열교환기(30) 및 배기구(51)가 형성된 덮개(50)가 직상향으로 적층되고, 상기 현열부 열교환기(20)와 잠열부 열교환기(30)사이에 잠열부 열교환기(30)로부터 떨어지는 응축수가 배출되도록 형성된 응축수 배출구(31)에 연접되게 응축수 받이(40)가 경사지게 설치됨과 아울러 상기 응축수 받이(40)에는 응축수 배출구(31)와 대향되는 곳에서 연소가스를 잠열부 열교환기(30)로 유도하는 연통홈(61)이 형성되며, 상기 잠열부 열교환기(30)와 덮개(50)사이에는 상기 연통홈(61)과 대향되는 곳에 연통홈이(62)이 형성되어, 버너의 배기가스가 현열부 열교환기(20)와 잠열부 열교환기(30) 및 배기구(50)를 지그재그로 통과하도록 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 콘덴싱 보일러의 상향 연소식 열교환기 구조.
