Abstract

PURPOSE: A cone crusher is provided to automatically control the clearance between a mantle and a concave and automatically discharge foreign materials using a hydraulic cylinder and an accumulator. CONSTITUTION: An automatic clearance control device(1) automatically controls the clearance between a mantle and a concave as a pinion gear is connected to a decelerator(11) and an adjust motor(10) to lift and fall a top cell, the pinion gear rotating a ring gear mounted in a circular shape on the outer side of the top cell. A foreign material discharge device(2) is connected between a plurality of hydraulic cylinders(20) and a nitrogen tank(21) by an accumulator(25), the hydraulic cylinders(20) connected in a circumferential direction by a pin(23) to a fixed die(22) mounted on a projection(24) of a tope frame(12) located below the top cell and a main frame(3) thereunder. A dust ring of urethane is mounted on the upper side of a case for preventing a lubricating system from sucking dusts.
