Claims (1)
- 전원부(7-11),통신부(7-12),기억부(7-13),연산부(7-14),신호전송부(7-15)를 갖는 상위 PLC와; 전원부(7-16,7-17),입력부(7-18),출력부(7-19)를 갖고 상기 상위 PLC와 통신하는 하위 PLC로 구성된 고로 공정용 제어 PLC에 평량 제어신호를 보내기 위하여 전원공급부(2-19)에서 전원을 인가받아 로드셀(2-18)에서 얻어지는 평량신호를 상기 연산부(7-14)로 전송하는 아날로그신호 즉 4 ~20㎃ 신호를 A/D변환기(2-15)를 통해 디지털신호 400~2000으로 변환하는 신호전송단계와;상기 로드셀(2-18)에서 전송된 가공된 신호를 상기 연산부(7-14)에서 하기한 식 1에 의해 평량치로 변환하고, 하기한 식 2에 의해 운전자가 요구하는 설정치 대비 평량완료 스크린 정지치를 산출 하여 상위 조작 감시 및 운전 상황에 맞는 데이터로 변경할 수 있는 E.C.C(1)와 통신하는 단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 고로 공정용 제어 PLC를 이용한 평량 제어방법.식 1 :[Ain : 아날로그입력값, Dmin : 디지털최소값(400), Dmax : 디지털최대값(2000), Smax : 로드셀 풀 스케일(70)]식 2 :[WTARE : 호퍼의 무게, 수분보정치는 광석중 함유된 수분량을 말하는 것으로 α는 상수이고, αti < 1 값을 갖으며, 설정치(S.W)는 운전자의 평량 요구치를 말하며, 누적오차(D.W)=설정치(S.W) - 평량치(W)이고, 목표치(W.T) = 설정치(S.W)-누적오차(D.W)이다]
