Abstract

PURPOSE: A method for issuing and charging a prepayment card and transacting using the same is provided to subtract purchasing price from a charged money when a commodity is purchased on condition that a predetermined money is charged. CONSTITUTION: Card issuing request information including transaction limit information is received from a financial institution server(S110). A charging card is issued and managed(S120). The issued charging card is transmitted and the card issuing information is transmitted to the financial institution server(S130). Sale information including card number of the charging card is received and registered, and a charged money is received to a virtual account corresponded to the card number. The card issuing request information including transaction limit information is transmitted to a card company server. A charging card and a card issuing information corresponded to the card issuing request information are received and registered. Sale information including charged money information is transmitted to the card company server and charged money is received to the virtual account.
